POSTAL MAIL: Handprint your name, complete
mailing address (No P.O. boxes), day and evening phone numbers, and email
address on a 3” by 5” card, enclose it in a legal #10 envelope, and mail to: Discipleship

35004, Colorado Springs, CO 80904. Mail entries must be received by August 31,
2006.
25 Prizes to Win!
ONE GRAND PRIZE
The Discipleship Journal 25th Anniversary Celebration Sweepstakes will award one lucky winner and a guest the Grand Prize of a four-day, three-night stay at the Glen Eyrie Conference Center in Colorado Springs, CO. Included in the prize is registration for two to a Navigator-sponsored conference/seminar of the winner’s choice during calendar 2007. The four-day, three-night stay for two includes a deluxe room in the Glen Eyrie Castle, all meals, and a $500 stipend that can be used for airfare, car rental, or other incidentals. Early registration is required or availability of specified accommodations may not be available for all conferences. Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $1,200.00.
