Popular Speaker & Author David Nasser Tours with Mac Powell This Spring
David Nasser’s most recent self-published book, Glory Revealed: How the Invisible God Makes Himself Known (hardcover, $13.99), will enjoy exclusive distribution in Family Christian Stores nationwide for the first 90 days of its release, starting March 26, 2007. The book will be available in all Christian retail outlets starting July 2007 via Word Distribution. Glory Revealed is the third book by Nasser; his first two self-published titles, A Call to Die (2000) and A Call to Grace (2005) have sold more than 115,000 copies combined. David Nasser, a popular speaker and author, is founder of D. Nasser Ministries and speaks to more than 700,000 people annually.
In his new book, Glory Revealed, Nasser tackles the topic of creating a real life relationship with a God who cannot be seen. “This book is about learning to see and to hear God in our everyday lives,” Nasser writes in the introduction. “God is not silent; we just have to learn how to listen. He is not absent; we just have to know where to look.”
Each of the book’s 20 stand-alone chapters reveals how God’s glory is woven into daily life: via conversation, deliverance, power, experience, suffering, fear, declaration and exclusivity. Nasser’s take on many of life’s challenges, sorrows and joys portray a God actively engaged with the world and—despite our often contrary feelings—a God engaged with every person.
